新しい臨床推論教育とその能力評価の開発を中心に行っています。今までに、評価者が模擬患者となり教育や評価を行う方法を開発しました。現在はメタバースでのアンドロイドを用いたSP作成や評価の開発を行っています。
We have focused on the development of new clinical reasoning education and its competence evaluation. So far, we have developed a method for education and evaluation in which the evaluator becomes a simulated patient(SP). Currently, I am developing SP creation and evaluation using Android in the Metaverse.

AIを活用した教育 -Education using artificial intelligence
AIによる医療面接教育と評価システムは、ばらつきの無い公正な評価の下での医師の養成を可能とする。人とAIが創り出す仮想空間におけるアバター模擬患者を創成することは、人と機械との新しい融和の姿と言える。この教育と評価システム導入により 、現在の医師のみならず将来の医師も含めて、安心・安全な医療を国民に提供することが可能となる。
A medical interview education and evaluation system using AI enables the training of doctors under fair evaluation without variation. It can be said that creating an avatar simulated patient in a virtual space created by humans and AI is a new form of harmony between humans and machines. By introducing this education and evaluation system, it will be possible to provide safe and secure medical care to the public, not only for current doctors but also for future doctors.
